We are looking for Specialist in Operations for our Delivery Centre in Bangalore.


Customer Care Executive (Voice): Graduates/Undergraduates (excluding BE/BTech) with 0-1 year experience excellent communication in English & Hindi. Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.


Customer Care Executive (Email/Chat): Graduates/Undergraduates (excluding BE/BTech) with 0-1 year experience, excellent written communication in English. Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.

We are also looking for Specialists for other profiles. For all the below profiles, being a Graduate from BFSI domain required.



Training


Voice and Accent & Process Trainers: Must have 2+ years of relevant experience and 3+ years of overall experience.


Training Assistant Manager: Must have 3+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of overall experience.



Quality


Quality Analyst & Quality Team Leader: Must have 3+ years of relevant experience and must be trained on quality transaction processes. (Mandatory - MS Excel, Six Sigma Yellow Belt/Green Belt certified)


Quality Manager: Must have 8 years of total experience with 5+ years in quality domain with a BPO and must be trained on quality transaction processes with 1 year experience as Manager & Six Sigma Green Belt certified.



Work Force Management (WFM)


WFM Analyst & WFM Assistant Manager: Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in MS Excel, Macros, Power Point and Reporting. Assistant Managers required with experience of contact center methodologies and operational principles.


WFM Manager: Must have 8 years of minimum experience with 5+ years in WFM domain and 1 year as People Manager. Extensive experience required in contact center methodologies and operational principles.



Operations


Subject Matter Expert: Must have 3+ years of relevant experience in operations. Must also have inherent ability to train & groom team members.


Team Leader: Must have 4-5 years of relevant job experience with at least 1 year experience as a Team Leader.


Operations Manager: Must have 8+ years of relevant job experience. Must also have strong leadership and communication skills along with strategic thinking.
